Who We Are

SVM is a community mediation center serving the Susquehanna Valley since 2010.

 

We currently has over 30 trained mediators who donate more than 2,750 hours of their time each year. Our mediators go through an intensive 40-hour initial training and keep their skills sharp by attending additional practice sessions and trainings year-round.

In addition to our 30+ volunteer mediators, SVM serves the Susquehanna Valley with four staff members and a Susquehanna University Student Leader (SUSL) intern.

SVM's Board of Directors is a group of volunteers dedicated to supporting our mission and guiding our vision. The Board President is elected by Board Members, and serves a 2 year term, and Board Officers serve 2 year terms as well.
